1. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept MC
, Visa, Discover, and Paypal, as well
as personal checks, money orders, and cash. However, we do not ship
anything until payment is received first, so if you are ordering without a
credit card, please mail in your payment after checking out.
2. Do you ship internationally?
YES, we ship all over the world, billing shipping at cost. Booster
boxes, and other heavy items (including 1000 pack grabbags) will NOT be shipped internationally as the cost
is prohibitive.
3. What currency is your prices?
All prices are in US$ dollars and will be billed as such.
4. If I have no credit card, can
I order? Yes, fill out the order, mark check/money order,
print out your invoice, then mail the invoice with payment to our address as
instructed. Once payment is received, we will ship out your order.
5. How long should I wait for my
order to be received? All orders are processed within 3-4
business days. During that period, your order will be looked over to
see if items from that order will have to be placed on backorder. From that time,
depending on the item situation, allow 7-12 days to receive your cards, less
with express shipping options. The entire process will take a max of 2
weeks.
6.What does "backorder" mean? When
an order is on backorder, that means that a specific item in your order is
out of stock or for some reason cannot be placed. If this is the case, your
order is on hold until the item can comes into stock. If it needs to be
shipped express and an item is missing, we will contact you for the best
possible coarse of action. |
