Sometimes ordering online can be tough. This page is a
nice walkthrough about how to order at GamingEtc.Com. |

1)
When ordering something from GamingEtc.Com, you usually get to the store by
clicking on the MEGA-STORE button OR a HOT deal button listed under the
"This Week's Specials" banner. The page changes to where ever you clicked
once done. From there you have various choices -

2) If you clicked a special
item on the main page, your browser should take you directly to the item you
were interested in. The item should be shown in the next window (the link
took you directly to where that item is in the Mega-Store). From here, you
can input as many of that item as you want in the Quantity Field (marked
QTY) then click ADD to add that item to your virtual shopping cart (you can
check your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the white "VIEW CART" button
on the left hand side of your screen).

3) If you clicked the Yellow
MEGA-STORE button on the main page, OR you clicked the link at the top of
every shopping page in our Mega-Store that says "TOP", you would be taken to
the main page which lists our many different categories of figures, cards,
and gaming accessories. From here (and at anytime when in the store), you
can access your orders placed already online by clicking the "ORDER STATUS"
button on the left hand side of the screen. You can also check out our
special sales going on by clicking the "SPECIALS" button. also, if you wish
to return to the GamingEtc.Com main page, you can click the "HOME" button to
return there.

4) Once you have everything
you want and you are in the checkout "VIEW CART" screen, you can do several
things with your order. If there was something you did not want, you can
click on the square buttons to the right of the order and click the "UPDATE"
button below your order. That will change your order so the items you wanted
to get rid of are deleted. That also updates the subtotal of your order.
Along with deleting your order, you can change the quantity of your order in
the text boxes to the left of the item prices. Remember, when you change
something on your order, and before you click "CHECKOUT", click update to
make everything set to what you wanted. Click "CHECKOUT" when you want to
finish placing your order.

5) This next screen tells you
how to contact us if there is a problem. It also includes information on
what credit cards we accept (VISA AND MASTERCARD ONLY). Make sure you put in
a real e-mail address (we do not give out e-mail address nor do we send junk
mail to your address. We will only send a confirmation telling you that your
order has been processed and shipped, which is important if you want to know
where your order is).

6) After putting in your
e-mail address, you need to put in a password that you can remember. This is
for accessing your account at a later date if you wanted to check the status
of your order. If you have already ordered from us in the past, you would be
taken to a page where it asks for your password once to allow you to log in.
We DO NOT ask for your password through the e-mail so do NOT give out your
order info to anyone. If you are a returning customer and forgot your
password, click on the link at the top of the page and your password will be
sent to you via our automated service. When you are done, click "NEXT".

7) Next you need to put in
your shipping info. Put your name, phone number, and shipping address (the
address in which the package will be sent) in the appropriate lines, then
when everything is finished and correct, click "NEXT".

8) The next screen confirms
your shipping address (which can be changed if you want by clicking the "Add
or Edit A Shipping Address" link, and then asks you how you will be paying
for your order. You have the options of paying with a Credit Card, a
Personal Check or a Money Order. Credit card orders are processed faster and
are usually sent within 3-4 business days of placing the order. Because you
have to send a check or money order to us, it can take a maximum of 7-15
business days for us to get your order out, depending on where you are
located. You also have the option of informing us if this is a gift for
someone or not. If it is a gift and you tell us that it is, we will not
include the price on the invoice. Also, if you have found a coupon code
somewhere on our site, you can input the code in the "ENTER CODE:" text box
at the bottom (This is also where you put in the gift certificate codes).
When you are done, click "NEXT".

9) If you paid
by Credit Card, you'll be taken to a screen where you can input your
credit card information. Make sure you put in the correct Credit Card
expiration date and number in the text fields. If your billing address
is different than your shipping address, make sure you put that
information in on the right hand of the billing screen. Otherwise, click
the "Billing Address Same as Shipping Address" box. It is also important
that you put in what type of card you are using.
Below there is also an area where you can put in a special message for
the GamingEtc.Com crew. Use this if told by a member of the staff or if
you have some special instructions for the shipment.

At the bottom of the page (regardless if
you're ordering using a Check/Money Order OR Credit Card) is your
invoice, showing what you are about to order and so forth. At the bottom
of the invoice are different methods of shipping (Priority is the same
as Ground and is shipping via the United States Postal Service at $3.85). The next three methods are three day, two day,
and next day and go out via FedEx (Three Day is about 12.00, Two
day is about 15.00, and Overnight OR Next Day is an average of 25-30
dollars U.S.). Make sure you click on the correct radio button, then
click "FINALIZE" to complete the order. Once that new page is loaded,
you'll be given an order ID# along with the copy of your invoice. PRINT
THIS PAGE for your personal reference, and, if you are ordering by
Check/Money Order, Print the page to be sent with your check/money for
our reference as well (also, in case there is a problem, please print
the order ID# on your check in the memo area). DO NOT SEND A CHECK
WITHOUT A COPY OF YOUR FULL ORDER.

When you check your order status online, you will see
all the orders you placed so far under the e-mail address you've used to
order. Beside your order you'll see one of three graphics used to
describe the status of your order. If your order has an "X" beside it,
that means your order is on backorder (if you placed the order by Credit
Card Only) and will be shipped as soon as we have completed your order.
If there is a black truck beside the order, that means your order has
been shipped and is on it's way. If your order
has a check mark beside it, that means your order is Approved Pending
Payment. APP means we have not yet received your check/money order and
are awaiting that payment method (check/money order orders are instantly
approved), or you paid by credit card and your credit card was declined
or did not go through dor some reason.
If that is the case, please call us with a new credit card number so we
may complete it for you. |

| Shipments by ground usually take 5-12
business days to get to you if you are located in the United States.
Remember, this is from the time it SHIPS, not the time you place your
order. |
